Common questions
Do I need an order from my doctor?
Most imaging exams need an order from your doctor. If you are not sure, call us and we will tell you what you need.
Which insurance plans do you take?
We accept most health insurance plans. Call us with your plan details and we can help check your coverage. No insurance? Ask about payment options when you call.
Do I need to prepare for my exam?
Some exams need a little preparation, such as not eating for a few hours beforehand. We will tell you exactly what to do when you book.
Do X-ray and DEXA use radiation?
Yes, a small and carefully controlled amount. Ultrasound and Liver FibroScan use none. If you are or might be pregnant, tell us before your exam.
How will I get my results?
A radiologist reviews your images, and your report is sent to the doctor who ordered your exam, who will review it with you. Patients will also receive notifications by text and email, where they can use our patient portal to access and share reports and view their images.
